Drops & Availability
What is a drop?
A drop is a time-limited collection – a jersey or set created in collaboration with an artist. Every drop has a launch date. After that, it's gone. No reorders, no second chances.
When does Drop 01 launch?
Drop 01 is in preparation. Sign up for the Inner Circle – you'll get an email before the drop is publicly visible.
How many pieces are there per drop?
It varies. We communicate the quantity transparently on the drop page. When something sells out, it's sold out.
Are there leftover stocks or sales?
No. No sale, no outlet. This isn't a marketing trick – it's the model.
Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit via Stripe. All payments are SSL-encrypted. Your card details never reach our servers.
Can I cancel an order?
As long as the order hasn't been shipped yet, you can contact us by email and we'll cancel it. After shipping, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, directly after ordering by email. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam or write to us at gurr@taube.cc.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Currently within the EU. For inquiries outside the EU, just drop us a line.
How long does delivery take?
Since we produce on demand (no stock), it can take 3–4 weeks. The exact timeframe is communicated for each drop.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For Germany, shipping is free above a certain order value.
Returns & Exchange
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt – as long as the jersey is unworn and in original packaging. Just write to us at gurr@taube.cc.
How does a return work?
Contact us by email with your order number. We'll send you a return label. Once received, we'll refund the amount within 7 business days.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo at gurr@taube.cc – we'll immediately arrange a replacement or refund.
Materials & Production
Where are the jerseys made?
In the EU. We work with small, specialized producers – no fast fashion, no mass shipping from the Far East.
What materials are used?
High-performance jerseys. Breathable, moisture-wicking, with UPF protection. Exact material specs are on each drop page.
How do I care for my jersey?
30°C gentle wash cycle, no fabric softener, not suitable for tumble dryer. Wash inside out. This keeps the design looking its best for longest.
Social Impact & 5%
What exactly is the 5% donation for?
5% of every order goes to social projects in Germany – currently focused on poverty in old age, cancer research, and hunger. The projects are listed on the Impact page.
Can I see how much you've donated?
Yes. We maintain a running counter on the Impact page. We're currently at €0 – we're just getting started. That's not a marketing trick, that's the truth.
