Drops & Availability
What is a drop?
A drop is a time-limited run. A jersey with its own design, in small quantities, available only until it sells out. No reorders, no second chances.
When does Drop 01 launch?
Drop 01 is in preparation. Pre-orders open once the first product photos are ready. Sign up for the newsletter and you'll be the first to know.
How many pieces are there per drop?
Every run is small and the quantity is communicated before launch. When something sells out, it's sold out.
Are there leftover stocks or sales?
No. No sale, no outlet. That is the model.
Orders & Payment
Which payment methods are available?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit via Stripe. All payments are SSL-encrypted. Your card details never reach my servers.
Can I cancel an order?
As long as the order has not been shipped yet, you can write to me by email and I will cancel it. After shipping, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, directly after ordering by email. If it does not arrive, check your spam or write to me at gurr@taube.cc.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Currently within the EU. For inquiries outside the EU, just write to me.
How long does delivery take?
Since I produce on demand (no stock), it can take 3 to 4 weeks. The exact timeframe is communicated for each drop.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For Germany, shipping is free above a certain order value.
Returns & Exchange
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, as long as the jersey is unworn and in original packaging. Just write to me at gurr@taube.cc.
How does a return work?
Write to me with your order number. I will send you a return label. Once received, I will refund the amount within 7 business days.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send me a photo at gurr@taube.cc. I will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.
Materials & Production
How is a jersey made?
Every design is made from scratch — no template, no catalogue motif. Produced on order, limited quantity. Once the threshold is reached, production starts.
What quality?
High-performance technical fabrics. Breathable, moisture-wicking, UPF protection. Detailed material specs on each drop page.
How do I care for my jersey?
30 degree gentle wash cycle, no fabric softener, no tumble dryer. Wash inside out. This keeps the design looking its best for longest.
5 % for Social Projects
What exactly are the 5 % for?
5 percent of every order goes to a social organisation in Germany. Which organisation it will be, I decide after each drop once the amount is known. The choice with reasoning and proof of transfer is then published on the Impact page.
Can I see how much has been donated?
Yes. On the Impact page there is a running counter. It currently shows € 0 because Drop 01 has not launched yet.
